It was pleasure to help the Monks team on this integrated campaign for B2B communications provider RingCentral.
I helped introduce the idea of “drama” as the foil — the antithesis of what you want when you just need to get a message across quickly and simply. So we crafted a bunch of scripts placing humorous spokes-twins Zak & Zach in historically dramatic situations, to show how things might work out just a little bit better with simpler communications.
